Jane is the winner of the 2016 season of Spring Baking Championship on Food Network and the author of a dessert cookbook, Delightful Desserts. You can also find her on Home & Family on the Hallmark Channel baking amazing desserts. With a background in Food Science and Microbiology, she has an understanding of the culinary world to which many are not privy. This knowledge, paired with an innate sixth sense for baking, results in detail-oriented baking that is carefully crafted to both celebrate and highlight unique flavors. She believes that desserts should be full of flavor and not be “just sweet”.

Jane has been in the kitchen and had a love of baking since a young age. She obsessively reads food magazines, cookbooks, and websites and watches many TV baking shows - all of which continue to provide inspiration.
